LoShu Destiny is designed so that your data never leaves your device.

1. What the app collects

The app works from dates of birth you enter — your own and those of people you choose to compare with — plus any names you give those profiles. You can optionally add a profile photo from your photo library; it is stored on your device with the profile.

That is all. The app has no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising, and no analytics or crash-reporting software.

2. Where it is stored

Everything is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. We have no server and no way to see what you enter.

If you use iCloud backup, your device may include the app’s data in that backup. This is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy, not by us.

3. Sharing your one-pager

When you use “Generate and Send One Pager”, the app creates a PDF summary and hands it to the iOS share sheet. You choose where it goes. We do not receive a copy.

4. Deleting your data

Swipe to delete any saved profile or comparison inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything. There is nothing on our side to delete.

5. Children

LoShu Destiny is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. As nothing is transmitted to us, this applies equally to all users.

6. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or export. If you have questions, email mihkel@kickstartnowgames.com. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

7. Changes

If a future version of the app starts handling data differently, this policy will be updated and the change noted here.
