This policy explains what personal data Kickstart Now OÜ (“we”) collects through kickstartnowgames.com and what we do with it.

Contact. If you email us or use a contact form, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Zone, Estonia) keeps standard server logs – IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them on a rolling basis.
Cookies. The site uses only functional cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Embedded content. Some pages embed content from other sites (for example YouTube or Steam). Those sites may collect data as if you had visited them directly.
- Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the website. We do not sell personal data.
- Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email mihkel@kickstartnowgames.com. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
- Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
